Hey ladies!
Just like it was an honor to welcome you to our study, it’s an honor to celebrate with you as we wrap up our study.
You made it to Day 40.
Do you know what this means? You’ve gone 40 days through the Bible just like you set out to do in early September. Yes, there may have been some bumps in the road or some days missed. You may have even missed a question or two, but you’re here.
Oh, how I wish we could be together. I want to hear what you have learned just as much as I’m bursting at the seams for the opportunity to share my biggest takeaways and ah-ha moments with you.
Even though we can't be together face-to-face, I'd still love to share with you something from today's Scripture, Revelation 1:1. It says, “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place” (ESV).
I couldn’t get “...the things that must soon take place” out of my head. You see, it brings me hope knowing Christ’s return and every longing will be satisfied once and for all. They will soon take place.
Soon, Jesus will come back.
Soon, everything will be made new.
Soon, there will be no more pain or crying.
Soon, we will see the final victory take place and Christ return once and for all.
And that is worth all the celebrations.
And all God’s girls said, “Amen!”
I hope to see you again soon. Until then, I’m praying comfort, peace and joy over you as we close out our homework with one last assignment:
