With God, There’s So Much More

March 3, 2023

Hi, friend!

Today is the last day of Good Boundaries and Goodbyes. I pray this study has helped you build a strong foundation upon which your relationships can grow healthier and whole — and those relationships that have faded, you're able to accept the change with peace.

This week, we covered an important part of our healing process. One that will carry us forward no matter what we face, no matter how much this life hurts us. Lysa reminds us of this on the closing pages:

“What hurts us will not be our full story. [Because] With God, there’s so much more.”

My journal is filled with hope-filled statements just like the one above, and I’m guessing yours is as well. Those thoughts are what I want to carry with me from the study to encourage me as I continue to develop the kinds of relationships that honor God.

Before we finish up, let’s take a look at Lysa's Session 6 teaching video. I’ve gained such strength from her teachings, and today’s lesson is no different. She takes a familiar passage of Scripture and asks us to listen as if we are hearing it for the first time!

I just love the prayer Lysa says she prays each morning,

“God, I want to see You. I want to hear from You. I want to know You.”

What a beautiful way to experience God’s goodness and faithfulness each day!

Friend, He is not finished with us. He is not finished writing our story. Let’s join Lysa in that prayer each day as we look for the ways He is good and faithful to us!
