Hey y’all!

Today is the last day of the Hidden Joy Online Bible Study, and honestly I’m a little sad. I know I probably always say this, but this has been one of my favorite studies!

Over the past six weeks, I have seen so much vulnerability and compassion in this community. It has been a beautiful thing to be a part of. Y’all have poured your hearts out, prayed and encouraged one another. I want to thank you because you gave me a safe place to share my story, as well.

I also want to take this time to encourage you.

If you made it this far in Bible study, it means something. It means you’re trying. It means you’re taking steps.

Life may have looked a little different before the study started. Part of me doesn’t think that’s a bad thing, though. Here’s why: It could mean, even in the smallest way, you allowed the transforming power of God’s Word to change your heart. To bring healing, give you a passion for prayer, or give you new clarity for your own circumstances.

Most of all, I hope that through this study you have found the joy you were searching for. The one that’s been hidden for a long time. The joy in studying God’s Word. The joy that comes from knowing and trusting God. Remember, He is taking care of you and is with you every single step of the way.

I’m so proud of you, friend. And I’m honored we went on this journey together!
