Hi! Are you ready to get rolling in our Hidden Joy P31 OBS? For those who don’t know me, I’m Katrina Wylie. I’ll be joining you as your study leader for the first two weeks. I’m so glad you’re here and here’s why...

I don’t know your personal loss, hurt or trial that led you to join this study. It may be something similar to Hidden Joy author Wendy Blight’s story. Or, like me, it may be something completely different. It may be something you’re personally going through right now, or something from your past you haven’t fully worked through yet. Whatever the reason, no matter the type or timing of your loss, hurt or trial, YOU are meant to be here.

I felt someone needed that affirmation. Perhaps it was you.

Your Study Resources & Memory Verse:

One of the resources we have to kick off each week are Monday videos. In these, you’ll get to hear from Wendy Blight herself, along with another P31 staff member! Another resource you’ll receive each week is our Bible Study Companion. Each of these downloadable/printable PDFs is designed to help you personally reflect and dig deeper into God’s Word in relation to what we’re reading in our books. These will be given in each Wednesday’s blog, so stay tuned for your first one then!

Something else we have to help get into God’s Word is a weekly memory verse! Each week, we’ll work on memorizing a new verse that correlates with what we’re studying. This week’s is Ezekiel 36:26 (NIV):

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”
