Hi! My name's Kendra Schwarz and I'm honored to be the P31 OBS manager with the exciting job of helping lead you in Bible study for the next six weeks.

There are a lot of disappointments we experience in life. Heartbreak in relationships. Frustration in failed plans. You know, the plans you worked so hard to control. It all seems like a lot to handle. But that’s why we’re here. To stand shoulder to shoulder as we figure out how to deal with life’s disappointments.

Let’s kick this thing off, shall we? And what better way to do so than to hear from the author herself? To start every week, Lysa, Melissa Taylor (Senior Director of Online Bible Studies and First 5), and I sit down and talk about life's circumstances and how sometimes, it's just not supposed to be this way.
