Heavenly Father, thank You for being the One who carries my heaviest burdens, even when I feel unseen or alone. Teach me to reach out with grace — both to ask for help and to be a help — knowing no one is meant to walk through life alone. Surround me with people who reflect Your love, and help me to be that person for someone else. Today I rest in Your promises that You are near and that I am never fighting alone. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
