God, I don’t want to forgive. And while that makes me feel like a bad Christian, I don’t know how to change my heart. I am so deeply hurt by this person I loved so much. I don’t feel like I...

Lord, this coming week already feels exhausting, and I need Your help. Make me more aware of Your presence. When my mind goes ahead to the future, help me take time to observe Your glory today (Isaiah 6:3). I want to show up well and seek You even in the moments that feel mundane or insignificant. I believe You have called me to carry out Your mission where I am, and I want to work hard to honor You here (Colossians 3:23). When the pressure of perfection creeps in, help me cling to Your grace instead. When I feel defeated and exhausted, help me rely on Your strength. How the week starts does not define how it ends. I can be sure that whatever I am facing is temporary and that You are with me every step of the way. Thank You for still doing a new thing in me even when I don’t feel or see it (Isaiah 43:19). In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
