God, I struggle to see beyond all of the hurt, pain, and shame of my past, and it makes me question Your love for me. I just can’t seem to escape the cycle of shame and guilt. But I know Your Word holds the truth my heart needs right now: You remove my sins and remember them no more (Isaiah 43:25). You make me new in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). You are full of redemption and grace (Ephesians 1:7). Help me accept Your grace. Empower me to walk in the freedom You have given me today. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Jesus, I’m weighed down by all that is surrounding me. I hardly have words and energy left to pray. Come and do the heavy lifting for me. Help me to release what is hard and to receive peace because with You, I dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). Give me rest in Your presence. You alone are my refuge, my safe place, and my hope. Thank You for being the One I can come to and receive peace from. I need You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
